“Kazakhfilm” studio congratulates everyone with International Animation Day! Animated films help to shape up a human being’s character from the early childhood so today is a great day for everyone.

The "Dombyra" short film directed by Ramazan Haliolla won the "Best Film" prize at the 8th Delhi Shorts International Film Festival.

Today, September 16th of 2019, in Almaty at "Kazakhfilm" studio the grand opening of the Museum of Kazakh cinema named after Shaken Aimanov tool place. The museum has some priceless archival items including legendary filmmaker Sergei Eisenstein’s camera, the personal belongings and collections of Kazakh cinema’s classic filmmaker Shaken Aimanov, original scripts and original costumes from the Kazakh classic movies and many more. Most valuable item of the Museum is the authentic restored study of Shaken Aimanov.
