Director Tohtar Karsakbaev has started shootings of the melodrama under working title "The Swing". The film tells the story of a young man which returned from army.  He reconsidered his outlooks on life, and relations with childhood friends.

«Cargo 001» is a cinema version of Republic Kazakhstan National Safety Committee operation on realization of the interstate project (RK and USA) on export of not used in the peace purposes uranium   under control of IAEA and the USA. «Cargo 001» is a collision of events and actions of special services on realization of the interstate project on the one hand and attempt of representatives of certain radical groupings to prevent carrying out of the given operation in the interests with far-reaching consequences on the other hand.
